General Shipping Policies:
We ship to the Lower 48 States only (Does NOT include Hawaii or Alaska) In some cases we may ship selected products all over the World. For International shipping please email us a request for shipping quotes. All shipments are with professional 100% secure packing. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and customs duties in Your Country.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO\'s. We cannot combine shipping. No Local Pickup. All items will be shipped directly to you from us or our supplier within 1-3 business days. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days; however, please allow 3-10 business days. All items are in stock when they are listed. Inventory is tracked and updated regularly. However, if demand exceeds our supply, we will give the customer the following options: Full refund or Have the item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available. We will offer other items in similar style and quality. Your bid / purchase of the item imply you agree to this policy. If you have a question about a product not otherwise answered in the item description, please contact us via messages first and allow us the opportunity to help you and be sure we have what you're looking for.

A tracking number will be provided after the item has shipped out. All shipments are FULLY INSURED. Packing: Items are securely packed peanuts or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery. In the Unlikely event if the item may arrive at your home or office damaged during shipping: - Please Contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise - Email us pictures of the damaged Item within 72 hours. There is no exception to this policy as required by the shipping carrier. - The item will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued when replacement is unavailable.

Exchange/Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, just return it within 14 days for the refund, minus original shipping cost. Item must be returned in original package materials and in resalable condition. Please contact us via E-mail prior to initiating a return so that we can issue you a Return Authorization. In some cases, restocking fees may apply.

Damaged Items:
In the Unlikely event, if the item may arrive at your home or office damaged during shipping: Email us pictures of the damaged Item with 10 hours. Free replacement parts will be shipped out if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be offered If the damage is not reported to us within 10 hours of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges
Returns:
- ALL returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Contact US for an RA before returning item.- Request for return must be made within 5 days and in transit back to our Distributor within 7 days of receipt of the item. Only new/unused units may be returned. Once the gas has been placed in the unit it cannot be returned. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- 20 % restocking charge on all returns.
- Returns must be shipped in original carton with ALL original documentation.
Incorrect Product Specifications and or Pictures:
Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time. Atlantis Gifts
is not responsible for original or return shipping fee's should the spec's or picture be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.
Guarantee:
Products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. We WILL NOT accept returns or replace defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Buyer should notify Us immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our distributor's return policy. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if the defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.
Product Use:
Some products may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds Atlantis Gifts and the manufacturer harmless from any liability.
